Though we had many adventures on our Massachusetts trip, the best part was all the family time we enjoyed.

Claire loved all the Buddy time she got. She sure loves her Auntie!

Claire got to meet my aunt, Gina, for the first time. We loved the time we got to spend with Gina and her family!

We couldn't go without playing Scrabble. No matter how many years go between visits, we've always played Scrabble together. Before I was old enough or interested in playing, I remember my aunt and my mom playing together. It's tradition. And now Claire is getting in on the action.

And last, but certainly not least, Claire got to meet her Great-grandma St. Laurent for the first time. I was so happy to see my Grammie again, and I think she and Claire hit it off well.

I am amazed to think of the myriad of changes these 95 year old hands have seen and experienced over the course of their lifetime. I also wonder what Claire's will touch in her lifetime.

We had a very full week and a half of adventures. This picture pretty much describes how we were all feeling by the end of the trip. But I am so thankful for the time we had to spend with one another in such an amazing place!
