Born yogi II

Claire continues to astound, even with a mother who has failed in her example of regular yoga practice.

Claire has discovered the amazing stretching benefits of downward facing dog. She likes it so much that she can sometimes be spotted walking in this pose.

She has also taken to the plank pose. She can't hold it very long, but she's working on it.

And last, but certainly not least, Claire has discovered how restorative child's pose can be. It is her favorite position to sleep in. Maybe there's a correlation between the name of this pose and the ease in which she took to it...

Here's the photo proof to back up my claims.

I think Claire gets the Child's pose from Adamo. He used to do that after losing multiple games of Blitz on N64.

Kim and I are really said you won't be coming to Viddy's wedding in May. Wish we could've spent the weekend with ya.

I think it is interesting that there is a yoga pose called "the child's pose" when it seems to me that all yoga poses are children's poses! I wonder who the yogi was that got credit for yoga when I bet he was simply committing plagiarism for something his young child was doing every day.
